DVD & VIDEO RECORDING
Would you like a professional recording of your Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 tasks? We (BDH Photography) produce a high quality DVD that features all your tasks in one continuous movie. This can be produced with low background music of your choice (you need to supply the music if we do not already have it). Along with the movie view we also include a menu so that you may select each task indivdually. (Instructors appreciate this) Each task is individually named so that you know which one you are about to view.
Your name and adress is on the recording to ensure it does not go astray. We can also include anything else that you may wish to have such as your horses name, credits etc.
These DVD's are not only fantastic for submitting your tasks but a treasured possession that you can look back on again and again and see just how much you have progressed. How your relationhip with your horse has improved and catch moments that would otherwise be missed and above all see the love in your horses eyes.
What are the arrangements
We first correspond with you to arrange a date that is convenient to both you and ourselves; we then travel to your premises arriving early in the morning. An early start is essential as there is a lot to go through and saves costs of booking an extra day. You are able to view the recording as you complete each task if you so wish.
You will then discuss what you want editing and once you are satisfied we head off with a selction of the music (if required) that you want.
What happens next
Back at our premises using the latest technology, your recording is edited as required and is placed onto a DVD along with any instructions you have requested. The music is incorporated into the DVD. Once completed a cover for your DVD and the DVD case is produced and then posted to you.
How is the DVD posted
All DVD's are posted by 1st Class Recorded Delivery in a padded envelope to ensure its safety and to ensure it is delivered.
How long does the proceedure take
The whole procedure we expect to take 7 days which includes the day of recording, we shall notify you if we feel an extra day is needed depending on requirements requested.
Could I see an example of a finished DVD
Yes, however our DVD's can only be viewed at our premises, but a day can be arranged for you to come over if you so wish.

How do I book this service
or Telephone (no later than 10pm) 07980 670525 / 01604 472374 to make arrangements and to book a day. A deposit of £20 will be required and the full payment 4 weeks prior to the agreed date of recording.(Address to send payments to will be emailed to you)
What if I need to cancel or re-schedule
For Cancellations: 4 weeks notice is required by letter (sent by Recorded Delivery) for a full refund less deposit. Two weeks notice: 50% refund. After this: No refund. To re-schedule just give us a call by telephone. We shall confirm the new arrangements via email.
