Often the soldiers that risk their lives for us are forgotten and especially when they return home with horrific injuries, after the initial publicity, return to living a very difficult and painful life. Our soldiers give support to others all over the world and some meet a dire outcome. We have the best, most dedicated soldiers in the world that have earned the respect of many other countries. I believe they deserve more help than they currently receive and by supporting this charity, myself and the people of Northampton can show their appreciation to the soldiers and their families.
On Friday 2nd April Myself and a couple of others shall be spending our day in Northampton Town Center with my pony Kyle, Lucy Curtis's Shetland Disney and my Chihuahua Jake to collect donations for the ABF. All monies collected go to the fund and none is retained by myself or others for expenses. I am working hard to ensure thsi day is sucdessful and in doing so I have obtained a Street Collection License approved by Northampton Council. I have also informed the police and the RSPCA who are happy with us to go ahead. The ABF are also going to try and have two soldiers come and support us on the day.
All I ask is that you can make a donation, no matter how small or big all will be greatly appreciated. This can be done on the day and also on-line. If you wish to make a donation now please click on the link above and go to the webpage I have set up. Please be assured this is a safe site and all monies go directly to the charity.
Do try and come and say hello to us on the day.
Thank you for your generosity and thoughts to the soldiers and their families.
