A new office has opened at Stoneleigh Park, this is a fantastic step forwards for Parelli Natural Horsemanship in the fact that Stoneleigh Park is a base for many equestrian activities and is a very well known venue.

COLOURED HORSE SCARE

I received this information recently and feel it is important and that we need to be aware of this. Please read on

Hi Dawn, In the papers on Sunday there was a big article called 'Rustlers target British Paddocks as US demands trophy horses' Horses and ponies are being stolen and shipped to the United States to meet the soaring demand for "coloured" mounts. Gangs are targeting piebald and skewbald horses, once considered deeply unfashionable, piebald (black and white) and skewbald (any other colour and white) horses have enjoyed an amazing surge in popularity both in Europe and America. A traditional coloured cob - well built, weight carrying mount - can fetch up to £60,000 in America, offering huge profits on the £3,500 cost of transport.
